This hotel in Cuenca exceeded our expectations in every way. the attention to detail was impressive - the recently modernized rooms and bathrooms were beautifully done and the mezzanine added a unique touch. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the cathedral and central park. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
No significant negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

Affordable prices and comfortable rooms. The hotel offered a great value for the price I paid. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I particularly enjoyed the free fast Wi-Fi and the breakfast that was included in the price. The hotel also had a nice, cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the noise level from guests walking up and down the stairs early in the morning, did disturb my sleep. However, these were minor issues compared to all the great things about the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for the price. The room was recently modernized with a lovely mezzanine, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center of town and all its attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with any requests or questions.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with beautiful furniture and updated bathrooms with hot water. the location is convenient, with nearby ATM's, restaurants, and groceries. the staff is friendly and provides directions to attractions. Check-out time is generous and the price is a great deal for the quality of the room.
The floors are squeaky and the front doors are locked at night. the hotel can be eerily empty, and there is no trash can in the rooms.
